Most often compared to Cassandre\u2019s\u00a0Nord Express\u00a0in its use of perspective, Fix-Masseau captures an entirely different element of train travel than is featured in Cassandre\u2019s romanticized image &#8211; punctuality. Using warm colors and a prominent display of the station clock as the train pulls in, the artist emphasizes his message &#8211; written across the top of the poster in a typeface that is as streamlined as the design of the train itself.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1081\"><strong data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1079\">Condition &amp; Important Notes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1081\">Bottom right corner has been chipped off, can be seen in the images.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1228\">The photos have been taken whilst the poster has been enclosed in a plastic file. The poster is not laminated.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1228\">As an original vintage poster, expect some age-related signs: slight fading, fold lines or minor creases, edge wear.
