Description

The poster is a somber and powerful visual statement: it addresses the forced deportation of tens of thousands of Latvians during the Soviet era, particularly the 1949 operation “Priboi” (referred to as “Krasta banga” in Latvian) which removed around 42,000 people.

The photos have been taken whilst the poster has been enclosed in a plastic file. The poster is not laminated.
